This week we have had some exciting new arrivals from Melbourne label STEELE and also our latest addition, SHONA JOY. Oriental flavours continue to show a strong influence across many latest collections, particularly with print, cut and texture. STEELE focuses on structural shapes with sharp cuts (the strapless dahanna bodice is a striking example)in an array of high quality fabrics and silks. Japanese inspired florals and cherry blossoms brighten hemlines in magenta and yellow, whilst SHONA JOY'S 'Glass house' story depicts more traditional oriental themes. The Wrap mini dress is a beautifully executed modern take on the kimono, featuring exposed shoulders and a flattering cinched waistline. The shift dress is also a great style and an easy way to wear the eastern trend with a combined 60s mod twist.
